Marching Ensemble Game Day Preparation Schedule
3:20 p.m. Meet in Music Room, take roll
3:30 Line-up in quad.  Proceed to the field to run pre-game/half-time
4:15 (approx.) Finish run-throughs
4:30 - 5:45 Pre-Game party & dinner at host site (TBA)
6:00 Roll call in Music Room.  Change, check out hats, equipment, instruments, tune, warm-ups.  Final Announcements
6:35 Line-up at the Quad.
6:50 Must be lined up on back sidelines.  Must complete pre-game by 6:59 or home team penalized (league rules)
7:00 Game begins.  Remain in stands.  No eating in uniform.  Drinks will be provided after half-time.  No leaving stands.
7:55 (approx.) Line-up for half-time at the "6 min. warning" on time clock.  Warm-ups on far field.  Half-Time.
9:15 (approx.) Game ends.  Return as a group after playing in stands.
9:30 (approx.) Remove shoes before entering room.  Turn in jackets/hats, etc.  Clean room.  Wait for dismissal.
